Rich Cunningham

Mr. Cunningham has been a “go to” trailblazer in the title industry for decades, serving both Southern and Northern Nevada as a corporate officer, title officer and office manager with several national firms. Mr. Cunningham served honorably in the United States Navy Reserves and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas (“UNLV”).

Mr. Cunningham is well respected as a business leader because of his stewardship and commitment to operational success and is well liked because of his integrity and generosity in helping others. As a Dale Carnegie Sales Training graduate, he enjoys inspiring employees, treating all people with respect and compassion, and encourages everyone with his positive “can do” attitude.
